How
much for an estimate?
On-site estimates are always free.
However, if we fix the problem, a minimum
of one hour will be charged for the service. If the
problem is fixed in less than 1 hour, you may use
the technician the remainder of the hour for whatever
you wish.
What
are your rates?
Hourly rates start at $60 per hour.
We also have flat rates for various standard problems
such as virus removal, tune-ups, internet and email
setup, etc. You can find all of our rates on the "Rates"
page.
It
is 1:00 AM, Saturday morning and my computer is broken.
Can you come fix it?
Why aren't you in bed? Yes, if we
are available we can come fix it.
Do
I have to provide a credit card to schedule?
No, we believe in people and therefore
don't require a credit card. We do however ask that
you be there for your appointment.
Is
there a charge to reschedule or cancel?
No, but we would like as much notice
as possibe so we can book someone else in that time
slot.
Do
you charge extra for nights and weekends?
No, we never charge extra for nights
or weekends.
What
is the best way to schedule an appointment?
We prefer you use the "Schedule
Appointment" page for anything outside of 48 hours.

Can
you be here in 2 hours?
Assuming we are available, yes, we
can be there in two hours or less.
How
can I pay you?
US currency is best. Cash, personal
check, business check, or credit cards are all acceptable
forms of payment.
Unacceptable forms
of payment include:
- 50 lbs of catfish
- Rubles/Euros/Yen/Pesos, pets/plants/children.
- Exchange of services will be considered.
- No, there is no discount for cash.
Can
I bring my computer to your shop?
Because we do 99% of the work on-site,
we don't have the need for a retail storefront. We
can come pick it up, fix it, and re-deliver it to
you. Turn around time is usually 24 hours.
Do
you have parts for a ___________?
Since we do not have a retail storefront,
we do not carry any inventory. We can usually order
parts and accessories for less than what you would
pay retail.
Are
your tech's certified?
All of our tech's are Certified. Microsoft,
A+, NET+, or Security+ certified.
Do
you offer student or senior discounts?
At this time, no. Most people say
our rates are already too low, so we can not afford
to give discounts and still stay in business.
Don't
you offer a referral discount?
Yes we do. For each referral that
uses our services, you will receive 10% off any and
all service for up to 1 year. So, if you refer 10
people, your service for the next year is free!
Do
you have free computers?
Occasionally we get computers donated
to us. We fix them and donate them to people in need.
These computers are listed here on the home page as
they become available.
